van der Waals Heterostructures

We assemble and pattern layered materials to create clean, tunable interfaces between magnetic, topological, and superconducting states. MnBi2Te4/Cr2Ge2Te6 heterostructures demonstrate exchange-bias control, while NbSe2/CrBr3 heterostructure shows the largest field-free superconducting diode effect up to date (2608.19099).
