Microfabrication and Quantum Devices

Microfabrication turns quantum materials into controlled transport platforms. We develop Cd3As2 nanowire and nanoplate devices, thin-flake kagome rings, and multi-terminal structures to study gate-controlled Fermi-arc spin transport, Aharonov-Bohm interference, quantum Hall physics, anomalous Hall response, and superconducting circuitry.
