Glovebox-Integrated Magnetron Sputtering System

This magnetron sputtering system is installed inside a glovebox to support physical-vapor deposition without exposing air-sensitive samples to ambient conditions. It is used for thin films, electrodes, contact layers, protective layers, and device-process development.
