ZEISS Axio Imager.M2m Materials Microscope

The ZEISS Axio Imager.M2m is a motorized upright microscope for materials research and microfabrication workflows. It is used to inspect exfoliated flakes, heterostructures, patterned devices, contacts, and sample surfaces.

The M2m stand includes a motorized Z drive with a 25 nm step size and TFT control display. The Axio Imager 2 platform supports reflected-light brightfield, darkfield, DIC, C-DIC, polarization, and fluorescence configurations.
